• Orders will be shipped within 3 days to the address indicated on the order form.

• You may return or refuse delivery of an order due to an error when buying, or as a result of a shipping error, and obtain a full refund provided that the items are in their original packaging. In this case the package must be returned by certified mail within 10 days of delivery.
